Radar Roundup: Otso Voytek 2, Curve Cycling Air Kev, ORNOT Small Monsters, Boone Tech Ti Cranks, and Revel Tweedy

Our Radar Roundup compiles products and videos from the ‘net in an easy-to-digest format. Read on below for today’s findings…

Otso Cycles Voytek 2 $3995

Voytek 2 is a bike that transcends winter riding. While it is a fatbike, its intent is to be ridden year round. Ride it with 26” or 2.75” fat tires on snow, then swap in a 29” or 2.75” plus wheelset when the snow melts and trails turn to dirt. The narrow Q factor means that Voytek 2 rides more like a mountain bike than a standard fat bike, even in snow.

Best of all, Voytek 2 has adjustable geometry so you won’t compromise ride quality when moving between wheel sizes. It has suspension-corrected geometry for compatibility with a 120mm travel suspension fork, internal routing for a dropper post, lots of mounts for cargo, and can clear 26” x 4.6” tires.

Voytek 2 has some updates from the original Voytek. The head tube angle is 1º slacker and the seat tube angle is 1º steeper to reflect modern mountain bike geometry. Voytek 2 also has the new GeoChip system, which allows for expanded geometry adjustment at the front of the bike. You’ll also see a larger front triangle, improved tire clearance, 10mm longer reach, shorter standover height, extra cargo mounts, internal routing for rear brake line and derailleur cable, a new headset size, and a new paint layout with three colorways.

Curve Cycling Air Kev Frameset $3,577 (frameset)

Introducing AIR Kev, the gravel-race version of Curve Cycling’s beloved GXR (aka Kevin). This is the brand’s tribute to its trail-blazing hero, that has been Curve’s most popular model over the years. AIR Kev was originally a project for the 2023 Handmade Bike Show Australia, but it quickly won the hearts of many gravel fans across the globe, so the brand decided to make it accessible.

This titanium and carbon bike epitomizes the possibilities of meshing the two materials. Check out all the details at Curve Cycling.

ORNOT and Small Monsters Jersey Pre-Order $145

For Ben Frederick, bike racing is more than chasing a win. After suffering a life-changing traumatic brain injury (TBI) in 2015, Ben has returned to the sport of cyclocross with a new goal – to raise awareness for mental health through The Small Monsters Project. ORNOT created this supporter jersey to assist in this mission. The monsters, designed by Alex Carlson, represent the monsters we all struggle with every day. All profits from the sale of each jersey will be donated directly to The Small Monsters Project – Curious about the program? Learn more about it here and see how you can further support the mission of destigmatizing mental health awareness.

Every person is unique and so are these Made in the USA jerseys. Each Small Monsters Jersey will look slightly different with the graphical pattern landing in a different location on each piece. You could be cookie cutter, Ornot.

Boone Radius Titanium Cranks $795 Aluminum Spindle $1095 Ti Spindle

Boone Technologies might be best known for its CNC chainrings and singlespeed cogs but recently, the brand introduced its Radius Titanium Cranks. The cranks have a titanium bolt cover only on the right side that also acts as a crank extractor when the included 8mm bolt is backed out.  The bolt cover uses an oversized hex pattern that accepts the included hex 5/8″ wrench stock.  The bolt cover can be removed with a 5/8″ or 16mm wrench, socket, or adjustable wrench. The large hole minimizes weight while allowing good torque.

What’s neat about these cranks is that Boone offers custom and standard lengths. The cranks are offered in standard lengths of 165mm, 170mm, and 175mm.  Boone can make custom lengths from 150mm to 180mm at extra cost.

Revel Tweedy Dirt Jumper Returns $2499 Complete / $969 Frame

Revel Bikes is excited to announce the re-release of the Tweedy Dirt Jumper in a new limited-edition “Johnny Green Jeans” colorway and a complete build package. The complete build features hand-picked, zero-compromise components, making it ready to take a licking and keep kicking. Designed with precision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to putting smiles on faces, the Tweedy is a refreshing reminder that bikes are fun.

Revel developed the Tweedy closely with Revel team rider Brady Tweedy. The team at Revel approached this bike, knowing it needed to be top of the line, from material to geometry, and what better material than Reynolds 853 steel? The best of the best tubing for a steel bicycle. Pairing this wonder material with the traditional 26-inch wheels and 100mm of fork travel, the Tweedy is simple, badass, and ready to play around at the local dirt jumps, skatepark, or pump track.
