“Do you have any parting advice for NYers?”

“Yes, if you want to start a business, head out to every garage sale you can find between Shaboigen and Bubblefuck, USA, and buy vintage bikes that the people selling them don’t know are vintage bikes (or most likely don’t care) for $25 a pop, and then turn around and sell those bikes to hipster douchebgs for for anywhere from 12 to 20 times what you paid. Then, do a deal with Jack Spade.”

Am I the only one who thinks this is just a bit too close in name and kind of insulting to Chicago staple Yojimbo’s Garage?

Before the video loaded I also thought it had something to do with Yojimbo’s garage. Those guys have been doing the track bike brick and mortar thing for who knows how long. Moreover, you know a store is right next to the worst example of subsidized housing (Cabrini Green) when you have to buzz to get in as the front door is constantly padlocked.

  • I completely agree.
