Limited edition runs of high-end bikes might not be for everyone’s wallet but I think we can all agree that the skill and talent go into bikes like this are worthy of our time. Enter the Black Magic Paint and Open WI.DE., a limited run of complete bikes finished in a truly unique paint job and built with SRAM eTap and ENVE.

Each one of these limited edition complete bikes will feature an exclusive finish designed by BMP using some of their most popular finish options. The main color of the bike is a color-shifting blue to purple pearl which changes depending on the vantage point and lighting, constantly changing and shifting, blending in nicely with the rainbow finish of the SRAM Eagle XX1 AXS cassette and chain. Beneath the beautiful shifting blue and purple lies sections of exposed uni-directional carbon fiber. Finally, chrome foil accents highlight the frame and fork to tie in perfectly with the SRAM Red eTap AXS components chrome foil and unidirectional carbon.

To top it off BMP and OPEN have produced custom decals for the wheels to match the design elements of the frame and Red eTap AXS components. The result is a complete bike where all of the components are not only purposely selected to be the best available for gravel riding, but one with seamless aesthetics.

Handlebar, stem, and seatpost may also be painted blue/purple to match the frame for a seamless look to the cockpit.

Fara Cycling has designed an all-road bike with complete integration of bikepacking bags. This frame is designed to accept custom bags by the brand Roswheel, utilizing their lightweight and waterproof welded technology. Fara then paired these bags with an attachment system by Fidlock allowing them to completely eliminate straps.

2021 brings a lot of uncertainty as companies scramble to make the best of supply chain shortcomings due to Covid-19. While bikes are sold out across the globe, Salsa is pleased to announce their new 2021 steel model year lineup including the Vaya, Marrakesh, and Fargo. Each of these bikes received new colors and updated component kits. The Fargo, the drop bar MTB, has an Apex1 build kit ($2,399), as well as a titanium ($2,999) or steel ($1,099) frameset. The Vaya, their light tourer/gravel bike comes stock with GRX 600 ($2,499). Last but not least is the OG touring bike, the Marrakesh which is built with Alivio and is the most budget-minded steel complete bike in Salsa’s catalog at $1,799, including racks as pictured.

With four build tiers, Focus’ new gravel bike, the Atlas rolls on an aluminum chassis with a carbon fork, outfitted with cargo bosses to fit racks, fenders, and other accouterments.

Here’s some fresh produce for 2021: Bombtrack’s new Hook EXT Ti all road. This titanium frame gets paired with the Bombtrack EXT V2 fork with cargo bosses and beefy construction. Like other Hook models, the Hook EXT TI can accommodate various wheel and tire sizes, multiple bags, no matter the ride, and is globally limited to 50 pieces in its first year, so expect supplies to be extremely limited.
