State Bicycle Co, Jason Clary and Macaframa, doing what they do best in SF.

Man, I wish Maca would put out another video already! Seeing shots like this on their Tumblr makes me miss riding a track bike in SF.
Macaframa put together a nice video recap from the 2013 Ride + Style in SF and it’s worth the watch!

Around this time each year, I start to yearn for riding in SF. I missed out on Ride N Style, but will be finding myself there in about a week. Til then, Dylan’s Tumblr, Times is Weird and Crihs’ Tumblr, I No Longer Live in New York, have been making me want to chill with the brehs again… Great photos man!
There are very few track bike riders with the bike control of Jason Clary and somehow that is still conveyed in an ordinary photo of him making a turn at night. The Macaframa guys just get it.
The Macaframa guys have been sitting on this footage for over a year. In FGFS, that’s like an eternity. I can’t wait to see the more current footage!
When I was emailed this, my first thought was “genius”. If you’ve ever been to SF and seen aluminum trackbikes, you know the initial livery is not what people tend to display. Instead, stickers, paint markers and other things cover frames, from chainstay to top tube. So why even have a paint design? Maybe that’s what Raleigh was going for with the new Macaframa track frameset? Either way, I dig this. Expect more once the 2013 line launches.
Macaframa did a video profile on Wolfpack‘s Don “Roadblock” Ward. Don’s one of the most genuinely nice people you’ll ever meet on a bike and I enjoyed watching this one. I need to make it out to WPH at some point. Damn, I miss LA!

Crihs has bid adieu to San Francisco for now but before he headed home to NYC, he got in some clips with Macaframa. Jason Rosete was there to catch the action. Check the full size shot below!
