SimWorks’ newest offering from Velocity is a high-polished update to our Standalone 001 rim profile. Otherwise identical to the existing Standalone 001 model, this updated finish is a response to fielded requests for this option.
The brand brought its updated Doppo ‘Ronin’ to the MADE Bike Show in Portland in August, set up with a set of these beautiful Polished Standalone rims and received a steady stream of inquiries and compliments.
As a thank you for the warm welcome, the Standalone 001 rim will now be offered in a polished finish with both machined and non-machined sidewall variants and in all three sizes—26”, 27.5”, and 29”. All rims are still 32-hole drilling only.
