While the rest of the country is finally peeking into the upper 70’s, we’re in the upper 90’s here in Texas. During the hottest time of the day, the springs crowd with dogs and people. There are cyclists seemingly everywhere now and that’s coming in after a really mild winter here. Everyone’s out and about and clothing is coming less and less necessary.
