We’ll list the rolling updates here for you to note:
06.03.2019 Update: comment count added and masthead is now centered!
Next update: Gallery thumbnails, arrow navigation, lightbox
Yeah! It was long overdue and a long process but the Radavist 2.0 is finally live thanks to the hard work of Grant Blakeman! Well, it’s partially live. We still have a lot more updates to roll out but the new framework is in place. This post is merely here to allow you to give feedback and for us to give you a walk-through…
Galleries! The galleries are now optimized for mobile and a variety of different resolutions. You can now click into a gallery and when you click the first image, it’ll launch the lightbox. Simply swipe left or right to click through the entire gallery. We’ll be updating this in the near future with thumbnails, arrows to click, and the ability to link to a specific image (i.e. #25) in the coming weeks.
Long Form! Our new text formatting makes reading those longform posts even easier. In the next few weeks, we’ll be adding more information like ride maps, logistics, author information and more!
Bike Galleries! Included in the Galleries overhaul is a new bike gallery format. Soon we’ll have tables on each gallery showcasing the build kit with the parts used as well as framebuilder or company information.
Our categories and tags are easy to navigate now. Simply click the list icon on the top right of the page to scroll through. You can also look at just the Radar and the Reportage if you’d like.
We’re still re-formatting older posts to remove redundant information and author tags, so bear with us. If you have noticed any bugs, or have concerns, please drop them in the comments!
