Crust Bikes New EPO is a (Dope) US-Made Road Frame
Crust Bikes‘ latest model, the EPO ($2100 frameset), is a US-Made road frame, built from Italian steel. Or perhaps its 38 mm max tire clearance makes it an All-Road bike, right? Who knows anymore? Anyway, the EPO is built by Darren Larkin in Connecticut in very small batches.
It’s made up of an assortment of the finest Columbus steel available. The Italian tubes provide a ride quality that will have you wanting to push this bike like you’ve been juiced up and are breaking away in the ’99 Tour de France. Each frame comes paired up with an ENVE AR Disc Fork to match the frame’s tire clearance and keep the front end light and nimble.
If you’re an AXS devotee, the EPO is available with or without shifter housing guides. Check out more at Crust Bikes.

The Hardtail Holdout
Locals in Bellingham, WA know him as “the guy on the Chromag hardtail,” and as the humble hardtail holdout, Robbie Kane is one of those few who have not only embraced a minimalist mountain bike mindset but have made a soulful connection with, pun intended, the roots of mountain biking. Despite riding for 20 years, Robbie has never owned a full suspension bike, opting to be content with one basic bike to rule them all…

Rivendell’s Lugged Roadini Pre-Sale Opens Today at Noon PST
The Roadini is Rivendell‘s all-around, all-weather road bike. It gives up nothing when compared to modern, high-tech, carbon bikes on smooth, ideal roads and is far better in every way when conditions are crappy. Potholes? Chipseal? Hardpack gravel? The Roadini is built for it. It has way more tire clearance, higher quality overall construction, is more comfortable, and rides like a Rivendell. This new version is fully lugged, including a stunning asymmetrical (front to rear) fork crown, and comes in either Lime Olive (pictured) or Hi Ho Silver. Built it with a demi porteur bar, a road drop, or whatever. The Lugged Roadini pre-sale ($1,750) begins at 12 noon PST today at Rivendell.
