Just about every Firefly photo I’ve posted has featured one of their frames. It’s about time we get to see one being built. Lovely photograph guys.

I’m playing catch-up with my social media but I couldn’t pass up a repost like this from the Firefly blog.

Less is more and in this case, Firefly‘s newest project takes the anodized titanium decor to minimalerer levels. Check out more photos at their Tumblr.

Tyler Evans – Firefly E.P.U.C. Bicycle
I’ve long admired Tyler Evans’ photography. His work at Firefly is a large reason for their success. Social media, photography and a steady flow of both are a must in today’s internet age. That’s the main reason I post so much of their work, of course if their work was shit, I wouldn’t post it…
One of the reader-submitted site improvements are Guest Galleries and we’ll start off the frame builder’s guild with Tyler’s beautiful photos of their recently-complete E.P.U.C. bicycle. That’s Extra-Plus-Ultra-Commuter in case you were wondering!

Firefly Announces New Bidon Line
Can’t afford a slick Ti or stainless rig but love Firefly? Pick up one of these Purist bidons. I can’t find a link on their site, but my guess is that they’ll shop up on products page. You’ve got to appreciate the humor in the post tagline!

Justin’s Firefly Road
In all the time I’ve been posting about Firefly‘s work, I’ve never actually ridden one. It took me traveling to Australia to finally get the chance to ride a frame in my size and man, what a rocket. Let’s face it, Tyler and Jamie know what they’re doing. Their stainless and titanium bikes are awe-inspiring and that takes a special mechanic to do the build justice. Luckily, Justin knew where to go: Shifter Bikes.
Where do I begin with this bike? The Rotor Rings, affixed by the polished Hollowgram cranks? Or the entire group, which was polished by none other than Fyxomatosis? Then there’s the EE Cycle Works brakes with their made in America, tech aesthetic. As a complete piece of art, Justin’s Firefly is molten lava. See for yourself below!

Firefly Burning Bright
While I was up in Boston, I got to check out Firefly Bicycles. But before I even stepped foor inside their facilities, I got to see one of their newest bikes fresh from the painters. I won’t say who painted this bike or where but lemme just say, it’s molten lava!
Check out more teasers below!

Firefly Cycles: Stainless Dropouts
Firefly wants to ensure that their bikes are 100% Firefly and that’s why they machined their dropouts with their name. Very classy!

Firefly Cycles: Firefly #001 Columbus XCr Road
I’ll admit, while I’m not a huge fan of modern road bikes, I can totally get down with a beast like this. Hell, it’s still steel ya know? Firefly Cycles has been pushing their machinery to its max for the past few weeks and they’ve finally rolled out #001, this Columbus XCr Road frame. Laced with Edge and modern Campy, it’s one baller-ass machine.
Check out more at Firefly!

Beautiful Bicycle: Tyler and His IF Road
On my way back from my Shop Visit to Firefly Bicycles, I shot some photos of Tyler riding his IF road bike. The guys have been so busy that have yet to build themselves their own Firefly road bikes.
Crazy huh? I feel like that’d be the first thing I’d do! I didn’t get the chance to shoot photos of the bike but I liked these in-motion shots just fine.
