Dustin Klein is no stranger to frame embellishment and for this year’s track crit season, he put it to work. Cadence teamed up with Jan Kole’s framebuilding company Colossi. A former Dutch professional cyclist himself, Jan raced in Europe in the 70s and 80s before moving to China to establish Colossi with his son, Sander.

Together, Colossi and Cadence will have a presence at the US and European track crit circuit in the form of these Cadence Colossi 2017 team frames. Read the full press-release and see more photos below.

Dutch artist, Piet Parra has teamed up with Sander and Jan from Colossi to paint a limited run of classic Columbus SL tubed road frames. These frames are available only as a custom geometry and are priced for a price of $1,365. Head over to Parra’s site for more photos and information.

Colossi Cycling, is located in Shenzhen, China where Jan Cole has been building frames since 2005. Everything from custom, to production and even frames from some of your favorite companies, Colossi is well-versed in the practice of frame building.

Now distributed by Sommerville Sports in the US, soon select frames will be available for ordering direct through Colossi US. Head over to the Colossi US frame shop to see these models.

Colossi really nailed the look, proportions and overall design of this one. The new Bikkake XCr road frame looks great built up with Campagnolo Chorus 11 and that King headset. Check out more photos at the Colossi Flickr.

Faz of 247 Bigtime met up with Jan Kole of Colossi last month during his stay in China last month for Asian FIxed Gear Championship. While there, he made this interview video, showcasing Jan and his factory.

This has all the ingredients to be one of two things: a track beast or a street weapon. The Colossi Sticky Fingers is a rather unique frame. 6061 tubing too! Check out more here.
