Wolf Tooth’s component and accessory line has grown considerably over the years. Their latest product is this Supple Lite bar tape, which is designed to provide comfort and grip for long days in the saddle on rough terrain. It’s tacky in the rain, soft when it’s dry, and creates a uniform appearance on your bars when wrapped and finished correctly. At 2.5mm thick and 40mm wide, it is half as thick and just as wide as Wolf Tooth’s Supple Bar Tape.

Wolf Tooth’s Pack Pliers are a very clever way to keep a chain maintenance kit handy while out on a ride and their new 8-Bit Pack Pliers just upped the ante with a whole new level of functionality. The 8-Bit Pack Pliers are capable of 17 functions via eight attachments that are nested neatly inside the handle of master link pliers. The whole system stays nested thanks to a series of magnets and each of these attachments fit inside an 8mm detent swivel head with a 4mm opening for the various hex bits. On top of all that, the 8-Bit Pack Pliers also have a tubeless valve cleaner integrated into the handle.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum in Wolf Tooth’s Minneapolis facility, the new Quick Release Seatpost Clamp is available in six sizes and a variety of anodized colors. The Seatpost Clamp Quick Release has a bronze bushing for smooth lever action, has a low-profile ergonomic lever that won’t rub on your leg, and a stainless steel bolt with a spherical washer. Modern mountain bikes have low bottom brackets. There are many reasons for the push for lower bottom brackets but like each technological or geometric advancement, there is always an effect. Fat grips aren’t for everyone and we all know that grip preferences are like saddles in that they vary widely between riders. While super thick grips don’t benefit everyone, a growing number of people actually benefit from the larger diameter, softer durometer grips being offered by many brands. These grips spread the load on your hands to reduce pressure spots, which is a huge concern to cyclists who have experienced finger numbness due to too much pressure on the ulnar nerve.
