PNW Components Launch Apparel Line with New Lander Jacket
PNW Components, makers of bars, stems, dropper posts, and more have entered the realm of bike apparel. The best part about this move into apparel is PNW has carried over its approach to making affordable goods. The Lander jacket is only $149 and features a hood that will fit a helmet, along with a massive back pocket, eliminating the need for a backpack or hip bag. Like all PNWC products, the Lander jacket comes with a lifetime warranty, meaning they will cover any failure due to a manufacturing defect and will repair or replace it, at their discretion, without charge to the original owner.

PNW Components: Gen 3 Range Handlebars Come in 35mm Clamp
PNW Components’ Range Handlebar Gen 3 comes in an 800mm width and a new 35mm diameter option. As modern mountain bikes push towards a longer reach, the Range Handlebar Gen 3 prioritizes fit and comfort with 10º back sweep and 5º upsweep, and a 30mm rise means your arms and shoulders will be in a more relaxed position. These aluminum bars are wider and even with the increase in diameter, are 25grams lighter than their predecessor bars.
The Range retails for $69 from PNW Components and come in a variety of accent colors.

PNW Components Introduces the Redesigned Rainier Dropper Post with Adjustable Travel
Personally, I love the look of a dropper post, properly slammed to the seat tube. It creates a visually clean and simple aesthetic, even on very complex bikes. The problem is, most people fall between dropper sizes. For instance, you might be between a 200mm and 175mm dropper, resulting in excess post at the clamp, limiting your dropper travel. Well, PNW Components announced their new Rainier Dropper on their Instagram today. The new Rainier has adjustable travel, in 5mm increments to help gain most travel out of your dropper. Check out more information at PNW Components.
Features
-Tool-less Travel Adjust
-Shortened Overall Length
-Travel: 125, 150, 170 or 200mm
-Diameter: 30.9 or 31.6mm (34.9 coming soon)
-Internal cable routing
-3-year warranty!

PNW Components $69 Coast Handlebar Comes in 480mm and 520mm
Is wider better? I’d say so! While mountain bikes have embraced the wider bar trend, there’s still a lot of resistance to wider bars on drop bar bikes. Part of that is it costs a lot to try it out. Well, with the rising popularity of wider drop bars, more and more companies are throwing their caps in the ring with the latest being PNW Components and their Coast handlebar and stem. These affordable bars offer up a new riding position for that old familiar gravel or cross bike in your stable. They come in a silver finish and are in stock now, in two widths – 480mm and 520mm – at PNW Components.
Specs:
-65mm Reach – Works with shallow drop and exaggerated flare to make switching body position an ease
-105mm Drop – Shallow Drop for when aero isn’t everything and comfort is
-20° Flare – Combo of shallow drop and 20° flare provides more wrist comfort while moving back and forth between grips and hoods

Built PNW Tough: Super Pacific and X1 Camper Review
While many of us attempt to adhere to a bike-centric lifestyle most of the time, vehicles are an unavoidable aspect of transportation. Especially for those of us living in the expansive Western United States. And for folks who like to travel distances for recreation, or need to travel for work, having a vehicle that doubles as a somewhat self-contained living space is more than just a luxury. Josh learned long ago that #vanlife wasn’t for him, and pull-behind campers were more of a hindrance than help. So a few years ago he outfitted his pickup with a bed-mounted wedge-style canopy camper. Then earlier this year he swapped that camper for a Super Pacific X1.
Josh has been fielding a lot of questions about the X1, both at the trailhead and on social media, over the past few months. In advance of a long-term review, he shares an overview of Super Pacific, the X1 camper, and aspects that differentiate the brand in a crowded truck camper space…
