2011 NAHBS Recon: Rapha

While Rapha needs no introduction, some of their new products do. At the 2011 NAHBS, Rapha debuted their luggage collection, new pro bib shorts and a loyal fan showed off some fresh ink!

2011 NAHBS Recon: Shamrock Cycles

If there were a category for “best all around bike”, this Shamrock rando / cross / touring bike would take the award. Quick-release racks, fenders and lights made this bike stand out from others. For the 2011 NAHBS, Shamrock knocked it out of the park!

2011 NAHBS Recon: Brooks England

World renown saddle manufacturer Brooks England had a massive booth at the 2011 NAHBS and I overheard the rep saying that this year there were more Brooks saddles on show bikes than ever before. Bottom line is, Brooks is here for world domination!

2011 NAHBS Recon: Peacock Groove

Erik Noren from Peacock Groove is one of my favorite framebuilders. He’s all about having bikes that are fun and full of character and this is a huge by-product of Erik’s personality. I enjoyed hanging with him and shooting his beautifully unique bicycles during the 2011 NAHBS, especially his own Columbus MAX road bike.

2011 NAHBS Recon: YiPsan Bicycles

With two awards from the 2010 NAHBS under his belt, YiPsan Bicycles returned with a pair of beautiful city bikes. Both of which were almost impossible to photograph on Saturday. I tried my hardest to get photos of the full bikes but only ended up with details and crops. One of the nicer details on his bikes was the adjustable and transformable low / hi-rider front rack.
