Remember those aluminum wingnuts Livery Design Group introduced earlier this year? Well the crew at LDG made them a little nicer. Here’s what they’ve got to say about them:
Originally stemming from a design concept manufactured from Aluminum, these Wingnuts have gone through multiple phases of metamorphosis.
Through testing, torquing, trial and error they eventually evolved into a super hard heat treated 17-4 Stainless Steel casted part. While we love working with Aluminum, it certainly does have its material property limitations, and besides they look great in a casted fashion! Available separately as a Front Kit for M9xP1 (9mm Axle) & Rear Kit M10xP1 (10mm Axle).
