Having friends in the coffee industry has its perks. Taylor at Roly-Poly Coffee Co is a good friend of ours. We featured his coffee bike from  the MADE Bike Show last year and his shop up in Bozeman a few years back, where this collaboration was born. As John and Taylor talked about roasts over sipping long blacks, a bean of thought sprouted: we should do a coffee blend!

The Radavist Deserted Blend features a Honey Processed Kenya and a Natural Ethiopia. It’s great in a pour-over, brew, or Aeropress. We’ve enjoyed it as an espresso where the flavors become even more pronounced.

Tasting notes: This one is sweet and complex, like a desert sunrise after a rain, with hints of honeysuckle, nougat, and jasmine.
