Originally produced in 1988, 3D Violet was Chris King‘s first component color (after silver and black, of course). After a long hiatus, it’s been back in the Portland, Oregon-based manufacturer’s lineup for the last couple of years. Now, with the release of the brand’s new King Seatpost Collar and Robert Axle Project-manufactured King Thru Axles, you can lace your frame with 3D Violet from headsets to hubs, axles, and bottom brackets.
