Charge @ChargeBikes recently announced the launch of their 2011 Scissor. This thing is a freaking beast. Tom’s fits massive tires and even after numerous crashes, has come back begging for more. If there’s one thing for sure, this bike is a game changer. Countless hours of PR&D have gone into it and you can expect the bar to be raised for all other companies.
