Patrick from Pedal Consumption got one of those Pelizzoli Leggenda framesets and built it up with a mix of Dura Ace and Campy parts. These frames look to be quite similar to the Cannondale tracks but are made with Columbus Altec 7005 alloy. Solid build and as always, a solid photo from Benton Salo.
