Hints of a new carbon Hei Hei have been floating around the internet for a while and today, Kona announced the all-new Hei Hei CR DL and Hei Hei CR bikes, with all new geometries, specs, and a brand new carbon frame. Check out the details below.

The Hei Hei is a mid-travel, XC bike that is available in three build specs; an aluminum framed Hei Hei ($2599), a Hei Hei CR ($4499) and a Hei Hei CR DL ($5999) – pictured above. The DL is the highest of the spec options, with top of the line SRAM and Rockshox, and WTB KOM Light wheels. The Hei Hei CR is the mid-range build kit with SRAM Eagle GX and Fox shocks. Both the CR DL and the CR feature Kona’s Race Light Carbon frame technology and all three bikes have a redesigned geometry. There’s also a frameset available for you to build up with your own parts.
