It is with a heavy heart that we have to share the news that Max Kullaway from 333 Fab passed away after spending years fighting cancer. His wife posted on Facebook this morning announcing the sad news. We’d like to extend warm thoughts and love to all who knew Max and to all of his customers, his legacy now lives with you. Ride in peace, buddy.

I can’t come close to Sean’s words here, so apologies for the copy + paste. He’s running a silent auction on his 2019 NAHBS bike to raise money for his friend Phoenix:
“Heart-to-heart coming at ya. I have a friend who needs some help. His name is Phoenix. He is seven years old. He has cancer. And though I will continue to do what I can to help Phoenix, his Mom, Dad and three siblings; it will never feel like enough. Ever. So I will start this late Tuesday evening by offering my personal Mtn Cruiser, number 1/10, to anyone willing to do the right thing. One of you can take this machine home, built originally for the North American Hand-built Bicycle Show. Because I would rather have Phoenix than a million bicycles. And I am otherwise unable to help him financially. I will post images of this bike through next week, with info on its build and geometry. With a story on the why and how and what’s. And if you want to help an amazing seven year old with the fight of his life, and take this one-of-a-kind bicycle home as a bonus, please, message me with questions and/or your bid – as I’m selling the OG Mtn Coaster ‘Silent Auction’ style. When a bunch of brands come together to raise money for families battling cancer, in honor of the late, great Steve Hed, I’m all on board.
“Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4:30-9:00 p.m. at Spye 2740 31st Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55406. On display and up for bid will be one of a kind pieces-created by local and national artist-incorporating the carbon fiber HED 3 racing wheel. The silent auction event will include the artwork and a handmade Stoemper track bicycle. The artwork, made especially for this auction, and the Stoemper bike will be previewed and available for remote bidding via an auction website. Proceeds will provide direct support to families battling cancer in partnership with the Children’s Minnesota Cancer Kids fund. Donations in excess of the item’s value will be tax deductible. ”
