Slug Bicycles Returns with Gasser Hardtail and Terrestrial Ti Bars

Slug Bicycles is back in 2025 with a full rebrand and two new products; its Gasser hardtail MTB ($2700) and Terrestrial Ti Bars ($265). Let’s check it all out…

Slug Bicycles started as a made-to-order Taiwanese frame company, helping customers dial in a custom titanium bike that suits their needs. For an emblematic example, we looked at Alex’s Slug back in 2022. At the core of this rebrand and release for 2025 is the brand’s first production hardtail, the Gasser.

The Gasser is Slug’s 120 – 130 mm travel hardtail. It clears a 29 x 2.6″ tire, has a 3D printed yoke, and is available for pre-order today. Retail for the frame is $2700, or a complete build with Shimano XT rolls in at $5600 for a RockShox Sid fork and OneUp dropper.
