The State Bicycle Co. All Road returns for 2025 with new features, a fresh look, and more upgrades making the entry-level gravel bike even more alluring. The new All Road is available in drop and flat bar versions with multiple components, fork, and suspension upgrades to add performance and shed weight. Keeping in line with the company ethos of accessibility, complete bikes start at $999.99.
New for 2025, all 4130 models are UDH compatible and dropper-ready with internal cable routing. Every 4130 fork is equipped with cargo mounts, and 2025 All Road frames feature a third downtube bottle mount and top tube mounting for even further carry options. The optional Carbon Monster Fork allows for 700×55 mm clearance.

Stock wheelsets bump to a 23 mm internal rim width for 700 and 25 mm for 650b — improved spokes and upgraded hubs round out the new wheels. State’s house-brand drivetrain increases from 11 to 12 speeds, and mechanically actuated hydraulic brakes are now standard. Cassette options include an 11-46 and 11-50 upgrade without swapping the rear mech.
