I cannot get over the area surrounding Town Lake here in Austin. From massive trestles, to abondoned power plants and new, modern architecture, the area is rich with texture and inspiration. Many of the estuaries feeding into the river also play into this inspiration with the fauna and flora still thriving in the dead of winter. My last Recent Roll captures a lot of that.
