Hutchinson Tundra 40 and 45mm Gravel Tires $39.95/44.99
As gravel bikes enter the terrain of XC mountain bikes, it should make sense that the tires will begin to mimic XC tires. That’s what Hutchinson did with its new Tundra 40mm and 45mm gravel tires. These are designed for year-round use, in conditions where grip and puncture resistance is key. The Tundra tires are made in France and should hit retailers soon.
Rene Herse Tire Pressure Calculator
If anyone knows tires. Like, really knows tires, it’s Jan from Rene Herse, so it would make sense that he would develop a tire pressure calculator to use with Rene Herse and other tires. If you want to know the science behind the optimum pressure and mess with the calculator yourself, roll on over to Rene Herse.
NOS 1994 Bridgestone MB-1 Frame $1999
This unicorn of an untouched MB-1 mountain bike frameset was a sale’s rep sample, built in the last half of 1993 & rescued from a long-closed bike shop. It was likely shown to a few local bike shops and eventually put away into storage. It exactly matches the specs of a 94′ model year frame. Bridgestone never sold frames only, due to the huge liability it ads. That makes this even more unique, it could be the last truly unbuilt MB-1 on the planet! If you buy it, please ride it!
