“Almost 5 Years ago, we made a portrait about a certain Felix Wolf – a shining new prospect in the world of custom wheel building. Flawless accuracy and a determination to absolute perfection made him stood out from the rest and soon, LIGHT WOLF became a trademark for custom wheel building on a totally new level.

Not much has changed since, although it was time for a revisit.
LIGHT WOLF is not a one-man-show anymore, he shares a workshop in a historic industrial area with his friends of VELOHELD and he got himself a new safe. On May 25th 2015, LIGHT WOLF celebrates its 6th anniversary and his future looks bright.”

The e r t z u i ° film team just sent over this beautiful video they made for Rapha’s EU Continental:

“Back in April of last year, RAPHA commissioned us to document the second ride of the European Rapha Continental “Hidden Europe – HOLLAND”. Our initial thought was: Where is the “hidden” in Holland? But after Frank from the Pristine bike shop in Amsterdam presented the route and we took some time to do some research on the ride, our doubts soon transformed into curiosity. Another unstable factor was the weather, which after dealing with a long winter that year, spring was far away and that meant: The crappier the conditions to film, the more epic the footage…”

Well, the time’s here. It’s the fourth and final episode in the Specialized AWOL Transcontinental Race documentary. This has been one hell of a journey and I can’t wait to see what the AWOL team has planned next.

As always Ertzui delivered an exceptional web series. It’s so good that I just watched the whole thing over again. See parts one through three below!

Man, this has gotta be my favorite web series of the year. Is anyone else actually considering doing something like this? I miss the open road and these videos truly capture the physical and psychological challenges you encounter along the way.

I love receiving emails from Martin at e r t z u i ° film. Especially when their subject begins with “If we ever have a chance to meet in person… I’d want it to be in Russia. Riding our bikes. In the middle of nowhere.” That’s exactly where Martin spent some time recently with his bike, a Ricoh 500G and an Olympus 35mm.
