Lately, I’ve been starting my days with a “road ride on my track bike”, hitting the hills of Austin on my Icarus and afterwards, I’ve been meeting up with AJ to ride BMX. It’s turning out to be quite the total body workout, especially when you do it just about every day.
Yesterday, AJ and I went to a spot up north that a few friends took me to the day before. We were both sore, so I worked on my hops and 180’s and AJ gave me pointers and worked on his tables. Sessions like this have proven to be extremely helpful for me and riding with close friends is always a blast.
