Now that we’ve seen these two bikes documented digitally, I figured it’s time to show them as documented with my Canon AE-1 through my f1.4 50mm glass. Here are the Bianchi Super Pista and mid-90’s Pista in 35mm. There’s something about film that digital photos can’t capture. The grain is the obvious factor but the colors of a nice Kodak or Fuji are so timeless. I’ve made it a point to shoot film and digital while I’m out building blog content but after seeing these two photos of Locked Up bikes, It makes me want to shoot more film and less digital. But there’s a reason digital photography took over. What do you guys think?
