Tyler from People’s Bike has been working on a new eccentric hub design:

“Sure, the ENO hub already exists, but our goal is to improve the design by upgrading the bearings (making them twice as strong), separating the ” O ” ring seal arrangement, moving from M10 x 1.5 standard pitch high tensile bolts to M10 x 1 pitch, having serrated machining on the end cap face to grip more positively, and finally making a 6 bolt fixed sprocket fixing – so that specific machining is not required (like the ENO hub).”
