Today Breakbrake 17 announced their Charmer Conception prototype frameset. While I can’t tell the immediate differences between the Conception and the regular Charmer, my guess is the butting of the top tube is different (as pictured). Solid looking bike. Check out more at the Breakbrake 17 Flickr.
