Requirements:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Develop and execute original content for The Radavist and TPC websites, blogs, newsletters, and video channels.
Oversee and maintain The Radavist content calendar, from first pitch to final reporting.
Establish and ensure a standard of excellence for all content and distribution.
Oversee full-time staff writers, freelance writers, and creative freelancers for The Radavist and TPC.
Oversee SEO content initiatives and collaborate with agencies and freelancers to establish and execute the SEO strategy.
Create budgets and scope of work for creative project initiatives and collaborate with in-house and freelance creatives to execute projects.
Report on content trends, key growth metrics (uniques, pageviews, time on page, CTR), and identify content winners (and losers) for traffic, revenue, and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, CX, purchasing/merchandising, technology, and others to deliver compelling content experiences based on overall business objectives.
Evolve and constantly improve content creation processes and workflows.

ABOUT YOU:
5+ years of experience with brands, magazines, or other media outlets.
Extensive experience ideating, pitching, writing, editing, and producing compelling stories.
Portfolio of work that shows a breadth of experience in writing, editing, and producing.
Super great attention to detail and extreme dedication to organization.
Experience with Asana or Monday or comparable project management tools.
Deep bike nerd knowledge and fluency in bike world vernacular.
Endemic bike industry experience is nice to have, but not a need to have.

Salary Range: $65-80k/annually, depending on experience
