Manual for Speed Gets Weird Jul 24, 2012

I don’t want to spoil the surprise so I’ll just say this: Manual for Speed just got a little weirder. Head on over to see what this is all about.

    The PVC rolling is legit, I use softballs, and a foam roller. Do some of those stretches as well, I came into from powerlifting, but for the same purposes of course. Good stuff.

  • Gotta use my foam roller every time I pedicab.  I will be sure to add these other stretches to my routine.  Thanks!
    The tennis ball under the foot is great.
