Ian at Icarus has now officially started building my Columbus MAX track bike. Getting a custom bike requires patience. It’s not like it just shows up in the mail after mail-ordering it a day or two prior. Luckily for me, Ian knows how to use technology and he supplied the Twitterverse with a little teaser today.

Having not seen even a sketch of what he is planning to do with my bike, seeing this as I crawled out of bed this morning was a treat! I can’t wait to see what’s awaiting me in Boston next week.
