Gary’s (@ Garyrothera ) a Twitter follower of mine who just so happens to make cycling caps in Philly. His company is called Rothera Caps and from what I’ve seen the man knows how to make some rad hats. I especially like the winter model, but I’m really glad it’s not cold enough to wear them right now. The summer caps are spot-on though!
