Raymond Jones: Team TOMS Tour of the Battenkill Photos

The Tour of the Battenkill is a big deal here in the northeast and with this year’s event gaining UCI sanctioning for the first time ever, crowds from all over drove to Cambridge, New York to spectate and race Battenkill. One of the unique characteristics of this race is the percentage of dirt on the course. Over 25% of the course is off-road, adding an interesting mix to the event. This year, Ray Jones was out at the race with his team TOMS documenting the pro/am and amateur race weekend. He’s got a huge Flickr set up and a race recap int he works over at the team TOMS blog. Be sure to check them both out!

Once again, great work Ray! Also be sure to check Cycling News next week for coverage from the UCI 1.2-sanctioned professional men’s invitational in Battenkill that’s going down April 18th.
