To celebrate the Grand Départ 2014 in Yorkshire, Progress Packaging commissioned a group of designers and illustrators to create a series of unique musettes.
Musettes are 300 x 360mm, screen printed black on custom dyed yellow cotton with embroidered tag and internal pocket.
Pick up one at Process Packaging. Personally, I’m feeling the I Love Dust design…
Chrome’s newest Artist series features Japanese artist NOA and a Yalta backpack.
“Typically using oil and acrylic paint on canvas or wood, he’s known for painting live with a style that emulates Japanese line-making. Each piece of art is influenced by the music he chooses to play as he paints, with most of his inspiration is deeply rooted in hip-hop and graffiti. NOA- created this artwork based on the Japanese phrase, “黒霧” that translates phonetically to Kuromu (sounds like Chrome!) and means Black Fog.
These one-of-a-kind Yalta bags come from a 4′ x 12′ canvas and acrylic painting NOA- made. Each of the 8 bags represents a specific segment of the painting where the Black Fog takes on a unique energy of its own. Our Artist Series is produced as a limited run. Once they are gone, they’re gone.”

I haven’t seen much from this collaboration since those Lobster x Selle San Marco Concor collaborative saddles three years ago – which are now back in stock as well. It seems that Lobster Apparel did a Rolls saddle as well and they’re still in stock at San Marco. Head over there to pick one up.
My favorite camping / outdoors company, Snow Peak has collaborated with Japanese frame builder Muller on a Reynolds 931 stainless light touring frame.
This S&S coupler frame is currently being offered in three build kits, either with Shimano Dura Ace / Di2 or Campagnolo Veloce and it comes ready to be loaded! This might be one of the most tricked-out light touring / camping bike collaborations to date.

This is by no means the first time a sneaker and bicycle company have worked together on a project, although I do think this capsule collection looks cohesive and clean. Bombtrack was approached by Adidas to design and produce 50 track bikes to coincide with the forthcoming Adidas Street Crew bag line.
These bikes can only be seen in a selected 32 Adidas Flagship Stores throughout Europe and Asia.

Manual for Speed has taken their brand into design territory that most “cycling brands” wouldn’t touch and I love it!
“Manual for Speed partners up with ICNY Sport, again, on an evolution of the SPEED concept. Based on Op Art, the graphic treatment embeds the word SPEED in a series of contradicting lines and then repeats. Using reflective inks, the shirt and bandana provide visibility for the athlete, commuter or flash-using-selfie-taker.”

I like this idea a whole lot! One of the most original frame builders of all time will be at the Brooks B1866 shop in Seven Dials, London next week. The saddle manufacturer is opening their doors to Dario Pegoretti to fit potential customers for a bike and to celebrate his new collaboration Brooks Cambium Saddle. Sounds pretty rad right? I wish I could be there to see this!
Check out the press-release below with all the juicy details and more photos of this wild bike!
I’ve said numerous times in the past that I’m really stoked on Team Dream Bicycling Team. So stoked that I worked with Sean on an extensive PiNP collaboration kit, beginning with these Pream Team Viking Socks! Made by DeFeet in North Carolina, these socks are $15 a pair and in stock now at Team Dream Bicycling Team!
Also be sure to check out the other sock and cap offerings from TDBT!
Over the years, I’ve found the simpler the collaboration, the better and there’s nothing more simple than a belt. When I met Mark from Topo Designs, we began talking about doing a product together. After I saw the Web Belts in their stock room, I knew exactly what we should produce.
