Track bike crits have become all the rage at local city events. These high-speed, high-tension races are enjoyed by all and offer up a taste of what it’s like to not only race in a road criterium, but also track racing. For the 2013 All City Championship, Jeff put on a track crit, to replace his normal match sprints. 50 or so racers entered, over a hundred were there to spectate and it was a great time. I haven’t had that much fun at a bike event in a while!

I’ve been having a blast here in Minneapolis so far. Bandit cross ruled, last night’s track bike criterium was fast and fun but tonight’s main event is going to be even better.

Yesterday was the first full day in Minneapolis. I’m here for the All-City Championships, along with Kyle from Tracko. We’re both crashing at Jeff from All-City’s house and that means we fall into his routine. His food, his rides, his spots and of course, his house. When you’re staying with someone like Jeff, expect a good time. Check out some narrated photos in the Gallery!
Well, I’m in Minneapolis, crashing at Jeff from Bike Jerks / All-City’s house for the All-City Championships and while the main event is Saturday, Bandit Cross is kicking it off on Thursday night. You should really come out if you can. I’m pretty stoked on this event!

A red 1977 lugged Serotta track frame to be exact. Ride a 57cm? Head over to Bike Jerks for the scoop. It won’t last long at $650!
I love it when two legit companies (err personalities?) come together on a straight-forward and simple product. Bike Jerks (aka Jeff the Party Boy) and Twin Six probably worked out the design for this jersey over a case of beer and a bottle of Jack. Or on a cross ride. Or… who knows. However it came together, I’m stoked for both of them.
Scoop up one or five of the Bike Jerks Twin Six jerseys here and check out a photo of a bear at the Bike Jerks clubhouse below.
Bike Jerks teamed up with Micco Caporale to design this shirt, an homage to the winter warriors out there. Place an order for one here.
The Bandit Cross series has been Jeff from All-City‘s baby and here’s a great video showing all of us what it’s all about.
Bike Jerks listed up some new shirt designs last night. Head over and scoop one up!
