I’ve been following Pedal Strike’s Instagram for a while. There’s something insanely unique about doing portraits of cycling’s icon in common condiments (Lance in BBQ sauce was awesome) that makes it addicting. Her recent Tour de France series is killing it!

For the past few years, Jerome Daksiewicz has designed posters to celebrate the Tour de France and while that is by no means an original design, I’ve taken a liken to his work. Head over to Nomo Design to pick up this year’s infographic.

Everyone loves “free” and these Paul Smith posters are just that, FREE.

“One reflects Saturday 5th July, the first day of the Tour and when the athletes will cycle 190km from Leeds to Harrogate through the Yorkshire Dales. The second, in green, is Sunday 6th July when they’ll cut a dash over the Peak District from York to Sheffield. The third, bright blue poster accompanies the final stage in the Tour’s visit to the UK, on Monday 7th July, when the peloton will race 155km from Cambridge to London ending on The Mall. After which the Tour will continue in France.”

Everyone loves track bikes and posters. So why not combine the two? David Flores has done extensive work for Austin-based Division 1, including that giant Merckx mural on the side of their building.

For the second chapter of their collaborations, he illustrated three track bikes in prints. A Cinelli, a LOOK and a Moser. Check out the other two below and scoop up these prints at Division 1.

From Eddie Merckxy, down to Fausto ROBOCOPpi, John Maniquis’ mash-up of cycling and pop culture figures is so amazing. I wish I could be at his opening tomorrow night, as I’m sure all of you do.
