I don’t know how I missed out on this one and I don’t know why I’ve yet to visit the Pedaler’s Fork but that’ll soon change hopefully! While this build photo isn’t the same as the bike in the video, I couldn’t help myself from posting it. Something tells me I’ve got fat bike fever… Check out more here!

I went to MOOTS in CO and took the tour..it’s amazing in person..stopped by orange peel bike shop after..really cool spot..they have MOOTS rental bikes..going back next summer for the us pro cycling challenge again.

Titanium and carbon sure do pair together well.

I’ve always liked Moots, but I don’t get the appeal of fat bikes off the snow. I’m sure the Frosti would be fun for about 15 minutes, and then I’d much rather be riding the classic old YBB.

Fat bikes = sex without a condom

I thought brakeless track bikes on the street = sex w/o a condom

    Pure Sex!

Do the fat tires add a lot of weight to the bike? I just keep imagining these heavy bikes that are hard to maneuver..

They do weigh more than normal tires. Surly makes a 120 TPI – which is better than the 80 TPI, but these bikes are anything but bulky and slow.
I rode my Pugs for the first time yesterday on trails that I know like the back of my hand and it destroyed everything. Up, over, around corners and through river crossings. It’s a beast!
