Mission Workshop Opens Their Retail Store in SF Apr 22, 2010

Mission Workshop ( @missionworkshop ) has announced the opening of their first retail store in San Francisco. The space looks fantastic and really represents the brand. Here’s what they have to say about it:

In an alleyway of what at one time was referred to as ”the messenger ghetto,” less than a block from the 16th Street BART station, and surrounded by taquerias and soulfully dark dive bars is where we rolled up our sleeves and refurbished an old warehouse to call home.

Check out more photos of the build out below!

The industrial nature of the space showcases the clean and simple designs of their bags.

Mission Workshop’s retail store will be carrying NYC’s Outlier. As an exclusive retailer for the brand, Billy of Mission Workshop had the following to say:

We are stoked to the the exclusive SF retailer for Outlier. Our brands mesh well together. Outlier’s clothing is built to stand the abuse of urban cycling, just like our bags.

Sounds like a big step forward for both brands! The store is officially open so swing by and check it out!

how does a bag retail store make it? I mean do they project to get a bag sale everyday? I just dont see that many people buying bags, but who knows, i am down to see anyone do their own thing. Great bags, i want one so bad.

AntiHero, sometimes small companies run their business out of a small storefront. Kills 2 birds with one stone. Smart move on their part!

these bags are legit and the dudes at MW are great peeps. Support their asses!
